Returns & exchanges
If you have any issues or a change of heart, please email me within 3 days requesting a refund or exchange. If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the package and item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, in which case the return is on the house.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy matters to me. My shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, which has AES-256 encryption and isolated infrastructure that doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services.
Sales Tax
When applicable, Sales Tax is automatically calculated and applied at checkout.
Shipping
Orders ship 1-3 days after your order is placed via USPS or UPS, and should be delivered within 3-8 days. Send a message if you'd like tracking info, and place your order before December 15th for delivery by Christmas. My shop will close on December 18th for a holiday break and reopen on January 2nd.
